1. Starting Over
The men have sold the shop and moved to Ventura where they reluctantly take a bounty hunting job. The bailbondsman gives them a tip about a guest house available and some not so true info about the lady who owns it. The bounty proves tougher to handle than they expect.
2. Deep Blue C-notes
Joey's yacht-sitting job leads him to piles of money and an angry mobster seeking it. Boat=""Magic Carpet""
3. The Booster Club
While investigating the thefts of valuable cars, Mick and Joey join a VIP valet parking company.
4. Killshot
A demanding father drives his daughter, a beach volleyball star, away into the arms of her neer-do-well boyfriend who uses her to extort money with the help of her father's burned-out ex-client.
5. Goodbye, Mr. Chip
Mick is framed for a computer chip theft and massacre when he visits a friend in the industrial security business. There is more on the disk given him than company benefit plans. A pretty computer game designer gives him aid and comfort.
6. University Blues (1)
While Joey is attending a computer class, he meets an attractive coed and asks for a date. Before the day comes, she is attacked by an intruder. Since Joey is considered a suspect, the two men start their own investigation.
7. University Blues (2)
The Police Chief orders Lt. Cavanaugh to work with Mick and Joey to find the killer. They agree on three then four suspects and with the aid of other police officers, investigate all of them. The earlier presumed 'suicide' is connected and reassessed. The father of Tracy's unborn child is identified.
8. Sun, Surf and Homicide
The Barrett's friend, Jay Cassidy, is beside himself when he thinks his new girlfriend is cheating on him and when she is murdered, he becomes the chief suspect.
9. Someone to Watch Over Me
Previous episode indicated that it would be about an assignment to bodyguard a woman and a warning not to.
10. Mission Improbable
Mick is approached by two federal security agents who want him to identify a hitman who will be in town to kill Ren Chow Wang.
11. Dr. Feelgood
A girl is rushed to the hospital and dies of a drug overdose. Her father hires Mick and Joey to investigate the doctor who supplied the drugs.
12. Two Barretts and a Baby
A young woman's mother-in-law, assisted by her husband, will stop at nothing to gain custody of their grandson.
13. The Old Flame
The brothers are hired to watch over the activities at a benefit auction of rare wine after two catburglars set off the alarm the previous night. Mick meets an old flame and is attracted again to the dismay of her male companion.
14. Open House
Posing as real estate agents, the brothers investigate violence at expensive homes immediately following the open house run by the real estate company with the sales contract.
15. Little Black Book
A madam is assaulted and her 'little black book' stolen, but there was more--a video. She hires the brothers to find the book and then she is murdered. When a second woman tries to continue the blackmail, she is murdered.
16. A Rock and a Hard Place
The plane transporting a convict crashes in the wilderness where Mick and Joey are rock-climbing with two women.
17. Big Stakeout at Oxnard
While on a stakeout to pick up one of Jay's jumpers, Mick and Joey stumble across bigger game when a criminal involves the jumper in his plan. Stan is supposed to help Mick, but he is more trouble than help.
18. Girl On the Run
Mick and Joey reluctantly agree to transport a witness to trial for Jay Cassidy. Rhonda Fogel is a computer hacker who helps launder $500 million dollars for drug smugglers. But when she agrees to testify against the corrupt banker she works for, her life is in danger. Mick and Joey must get her to the courthouse before the hitmen get to them.
19. Desperate Friday
Joey gets caught up in a botched bank robbery, in which he and the others in the bank are taken hostage. Mick and Ortega must get them out before it is too late.
20. Dead Men Don't Snore
Jay calls them because the daughter of a missing man wants them to look for him. She finds him and he fakes his death to avoid having to testify or be killed by the defendant. Kidnapping, blackmail and murder follow.
21. Ghost Story
An old girlfriend, recently bereaved, is a newlywed who thinks she is seeing a ghost at her new residence which is an old Victorian house in the Napa Valley where her husband owns a winery and vinyard. Her husband is not a believer. Joey is having bad dreams that seem to be of events in the same house.
22. A Stitch in Time
Jay learns that a skip may be having a face change at a health spa and arranges an undercover plan--he is to be a wealthy man with a young wife, Meg, who wants him rejuvenated; Mick is his assistant and Joey gets a job as a trainer. The doctor's girl friend is, unknown to him, a hitwoman.
