1. ep 1
The Hello Pro Kenshuusei and Hello Pro Kenshuusei Hokkaido members receive the surprise announcement that "Hello Dream." will start. They are followed through photo shoots and vocal and dance lessons as they prepare for the "Hello! Project Kenshuusei Happyoukai 2020 3gatsu ~Tsumugu~" in March, before it's decided the recital will be canceled due to effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. Hello! Project and Morning Musume '20 leader Fukumura Mizuki delivers the news that they will instead perform several songs live with no audience at the TV TOKYO studio.
2. ep 2
The Hello Pro Kenshuusei and Hello Pro Kenshuusei Hokkaido members prepare for the sudden TV TOKYO studio recording. They perform "43do", "Crying", and "Ai Araba IT'S ALL RIGHT". Their performance is watched and critiqued by senior Hello! Project members.
3. ep 3
The Hello Pro Kenshuusei Hello Pro Kenshuusei Hokkaido members prepare for "Hello! Project Hina Fes 2020" and the "Hello! Project Kenshuusei Happyoukai 2020 ~Natsu no Koukai Jitsuryoku Shindan Test~". Senior Hello! Project members take part in a discussion about their experiences with the Shindan Test events. Members of the Hello Pro Kenshuusei Unit (Yonemura Kirara, Ishiguri Kanami, Kubota Nanami, Saito Madoka) and Nakayama Natsume are profiled. A digest is shown of the Hello Pro Kenshuusei Unit performances of " Toei Oedo Sen no Roppongi Eki de Dakishimete", "Suki-chan", and original song "Mistake" from Hello! Project Hina Fes 2020. Morning Musume '20 member Oda Sakura gives advice.

Hello Pro Kenshuusei members Yamada Ichigo, Tamenaga Shion, Onoda Karin, and Matsubara Yulia are profiled. Senior Hello! Project members take part in a discussion regarding the potential of current Kenshuusei. Members are followed to a recording of the radio show "Hello Pro Kenshuusei no Tadaima Radio Benkyouchuu!!". A digest is shown of Hello Pro Kenshuusei performances of "Arigatameiwaku Monogatari" and "Yacchae! GO! GO!" from "Hello! Project Hina Fes 2020". Tsubaki Factory members Kishimoto Yumeno and Asakura Kiki give advice.

Hello Pro Kenshuusei members Hashida Honoka, Hirayama Yuki, Kitahara Momo, Ebata Kisaki, Yofu Runo, Murakoshi Ayana, and Uemura Hasumi are profiled. Senior Hello! Project members take part in a discussion about their respective tenures in Hello Pro Kenshuusei. The performance of "Shiroi TOKYO" from the "Hello! Project Kenshuusei Happyoukai 2019 12gatsu ~Musubu~" is shown.

Hello Pro Kenshuusei members Nishizaki Miku, Hiromoto Ruli, and Hello Pro Kenshuusei Hokkaido member Nishimura Karin, are profiled. Senior Hello! Project members take part in a discussion about keeping up with dance and vocal lessons even while living a long distance from Tokyo. Members Yonemura Kirara, Ishiguri Kanami, Nakayama Natsume, Yamada Ichigo, Kubota Nanami, Tamenaga Shion, Matsubara Yulia, Saito Madoka, and Onoda Karin are interviewed about the upcoming "Hello! Project Kenshuusei Happyoukai 2020 ~Natsu no Koukai Jitsuryoku Shindan Test~".

BEYOOOOONDS / CHICA#TETSU member Ichioka Reina gives advice. Special at home performance compilations of "Tadashii Seishun tte Nan Darou" and "46okunen LOVE" are shown.
