Five new doctors join RK Hospitals. On the very first day, things go from bad to worse for Reena, making a poor impression on chief doctor Radhi.

Reena and Rocky are tasked to work with Dr Ramanadhan, aka Cinema Doctor. The doctors are in a tizzy when a child ends up with breathing issues that they can't diagnose.

When a surgery becomes problematic, Dr. Ravi freezes during the procedure. Sid leaves a drawing for Radhi inside her laptop, but the busy doctor fails to notice it until Reena helps.

It's not all work for our doctors as senior doctors Ravi and Anitha throw a celebratory party. Amidst drinks and merriment, Arjun and Reena reconnect.

The doctors experience the aftereffects of the party. A bad fall lands RK in the hospital. He meets the new doctors and learns about Arjun's 'love' interest.
