Three months have passed since the riot in Yokohama, and life has returned to normal... Or as normal as things could be. When faced with a shocking betrayal, the Hamatora detectives and their friends at Cafe Nowhere must try to hold things together as they come falling down, piece by piece.

1. Melancholy of Hero
Three months have passed since the Yokohama Latent Minimum Holder Riots. Murasaki has teamed up with Hajime and resumed doing private-eye work. Tasked with tracking down a stalker, the new Hamatora meets Hikaru, the Light Speed Minimum Holder.
2. Art Returns
Ratio has been looking for Chiyuu, who vanished from a hospital. Ratio and Birthday track her down to a club based on Mao's information. There, they meet a group of Minimum Holders called Freemum, led by a man named Ishigami.
3. Madness Flower
Art is rounding up Minimum abilities around Yokohama. Minimum Holders robbed of their abilities by Art have all undergone a strange personality change. Meanwhile, the Yokohama Police has arranged a prison transport for the Crazed Minimum Holder, Samura...
4. For Whom Talent
Shocked that she now undergoes a regression right after using her Minimum Ability, Honey leaves Cafe Nowhere. She receives a bodyguard request for the Minimum Agency's medical consultant, Doktor, who is a vocal proponent of stray Minimum Holder surveillance and also Honey's father.
5. Buddy's Wishes
As Nice and Murasaki give chase to Honey's abductors, Art appears. The duo try to take Art on, but they experience ill effects when they activate their Minimum abilities. Art succeeds in making his escape, as well as his real goal: to make contact with the kidnappers.
6. Advent
Nice and Murasaki learn from Mao that Gasuke was investigating an individual named Saikyou prior to his death. They also learn by watching a footage accidentally recorded by a taxi's dashboard cam that the group who attacked the police station were the Freemums.
7. Emergency Room 24hours
The Cafe Nowhere group has come to visit Murasaki after he'd been critically injured. Their efforts to help Murasaki all backfire, but Murasaki nonetheless appreciates their attempts. Meanwhile, Art begins to plan his next move with Ishigami's Freemum members...
8. Worst Promise & Best Memory
Hajime learns from Momoka that the side effects suffered by the Minimum Holders around her were caused by Hajime's own ability. Taken by Momoka to Moral's abandoned research facility, Hajime remembers her past...
9. Symphony in the Moonlight
Honey declares to the Nowhere crew that they will all participate in a play for a festival hosted by their local shopping district. As the crew engage in rehearsals, the Freemum continues their expansion by recruiting more stray Minimum Holders...
10. For Whom to Duel
Birthday has been hospitalized due to a relapse. Just then, Chiyuu returns to them from the Freemums in a deranged state, along with information about a Healing Minimum Holder who might be able to cure Birthday...
11. End of Yokohama
As the Freemums expand, almost all the Minimum Holders in Japan have gathered in Yokohama. They request that Yokohama become a special district for Minimum Holders and threaten the government with their abilities. Meanwhile, Nice and Murasaki learn about Boss and Koneko's shared past with Hajime.
12. Resolution (Ego)
