Season 2 Episodes
1. Moms Know Best
Moms are the competitors and are challenged to cook with ingredients that all begin with the same letter. Later, they are asked to make brunch, for four, on a budget; and are thrown for a loop when preparing a guilty pleasure.
2. Caught in the Middle
Four chefs must make an international dish using only the ingredients in the middle aisles of the store. Next, the chefs have to make their best seafood dish with 5 Ingredients or Less. Finally, there are twists around every turn as the two remaining chefs make their signature hamburger, but the grocery store might be Out of Stock of their preferred ingredients! The prevailing chef could win up to $20,000.
3. Grocery Grillin'
In the first game of this grilling episode, four chefs must use peanut butter in their grilled pizzas. Next, the chefs must dig through Guy's Clearance Carts filled with mystery meats, unmarked cans and more, to cook up the best dish possible. In the final game, we find out who comes out on top in the game Top Shelf/Bottom Shelf.
4. Food Network Stars Take Over Flavortown
Four Food Network Star chefs take to the aisles to compete on behalf of their favorite charity. First, Guy tasks them with making a lunchtime favorite only using 5 Ingredients or Less. Then, the chefs are challenged to make a steakhouse dinner — on a budget. The two finalists compete in one of the most difficult games yet, One Ingredient Per Aisle, in which they pull out all the stops to make the best dish for a good cause.
5. Cut the Cheese
The classic dish, mac and cheese, gets a challenging twist in the first game, Aisle Down. Then, the chicken dinner sheds some pounds in Watch Your Weight. In the final game, there's romance in the air, as the chefs must make a romantic meal — until their shopping efforts are thwarted when Guy pulls the ol' switcheroo in Cart Swap.
6. Free Samples
Free samples must be incorporated into Mediterranean dishes; the chefs make desserts in a "Closing Time" challenge; and the "Food Wheel" plays a factor in determining the ultimate winner.
7. Marshmallow Madness
In Red Light Special, the chefs get inventive by incorporating marshmallows into their hearty lunch. Next, the chefs get worked up in a fiesta frenzy as they try and make taco night out of Guy's Grocery List. Finally, the two chefs remaining make a family favorite using One Ingredient Per Aisle.
8. Produce and Cons
In the first game, the four chefs are only allowed to shop in the middle aisles to make their vegetarian fest. Then, the chefs must prove that they can master surf and turf — on a budget! Next, the final two chefs will cook from the rainbow as they make their most colorful and best dishes.
9. If at First You Don't Succeed... Fry, Fry Again
In Watch Your Weight, let's hope the fried feast doesn't add too many pounds to the scale. Next, the chefs must make a skewered meal out of the haphazard items in the Clearance Carts. The last two chefs spin the Food Wheel to determine their budget for an elegant dinner.
10. Cart to Table
The chefs must dig through Clearance Carts to make comfort food with mislabeled meats and unmarked cans. Next, the chefs' strengths are put to the test, as they carry as many items as they can to make breakfast for dinner. With two chefs left, their fate is in the spin as the Food Wheel decides what components will be used in their best dish.
11. Weight For It!
In Watch Your Weight, the chefs must scale the aisles to rein in their pounds before the big weigh-in: Who can tighten their belt enough to make the best burger? Making a meal with two sides sounds easy, until the chefs learn they're playing the chilling Frozen Food Feud. The last two chefs must dive into Guy's Grocery List to make a winning pork dinner: which chef will make the judges pig out more and go on to win up to $20,000?
