Dipper's Guide to the Unexplained Plot
Dipper's Guide to the Unexplained is the first series of shorts. They kicked off on October 14th, 2013, with new shorts premiering every day that week at 7:25pm EST. The events of these shorts take place before "Gideon Rises," as Dipper still has Journal 3, but not after "Dreamscaperers," as the Pines still live in the Mystery Shack.

1. Candy Monster
Dipper and Mabel must battle a monster who takes their Summerween candy.
2. Stan's Tattoo
Dipper tries to find the enigma that is Stan's tattoo.
3. Mailbox
Dipper and Soos try to find out what (or who) picks up a mailbox inside.
4. Lefty
Dipper tries to find why a certain citizen of Gravity Falls always faces left.
5. The Tooth
Dipper and Mabel discover a gigantic tooth in the shores of the lake, and go in a rowboat to find out where it came from.
6. The Hide Behind
After hearing rumors of a lumberjack legend, Dipper investigates a creature heard, but never seen.
