Season 1 Plot
Master teacher Fr. Charles P. Connor's debut season of his popular "Grab Your Catechism" series opens with an examination of Part One (The Profession of Faith) and Two (The Celebration of the Christian Mystery) of the Catechism of the Catholic Church. Fr. Connor then moves on to the intricate topics of Faith and Revelation, and the Holy Trinity, concluding with teachings on the Liturgy and the Sacraments of the Church.

1. The history of the catechism
The history and purpose of the Catechism of the Catholic Church.
2. Man's desire for god, and god's coming to meet
Fr. Connor discusses the ways in which God has made himself known to his people and the ways in which they come to know him.
3. Sacred scripture
The whole of Scripture, which was written by God through human authors, speaks of Christ and teaches the message of his truth to all who would receive it

The revelation of God as the Holy Trinity.

7. Man, the image of god
Man is created in God's image and so is called to share by knowledge and love in God's life.
8. Jesus christ, the only son of god
Jesus Christ came to earth to save and redeem man from sin, reconciling us with God.
9. The public life of our lord
Jesus Christ ushers in the kingdom of God on earth through his public ministry.
10. The resurrection of our lord from the dead
Christ rises from the dead and sends the Holy Spirit to all, fulfilling his own promises.
11. The church our lord founded
Christ inaugurated the Church by preaching and endowed his community with structure.
12. The hierarchical constitution of the church
Christ is the source of ministry in the Church, which is fulfilled in all of His faithful.
13. Forgiveness of sins and resurrection of the body
Sinners reconcile through the Sacraments of Baptism and Penance.
