When Zenub comes in with an eye irritation, there are many possible diagnoses. Nurse Rosie checks over a patient who recently underwent a knee operation.

Dr Cartmill is happy to be back at the 'coalface' after self-isolating following a trip to Italy where she may have been exposed to the coronavirus. Dr Qamar has a consultation with an elderly gentleman who is worried that his memory is deteriorating.

Dr Wyne has some advice for Elvira, a Romanian woman, who has brought a cocktail of drugs from her home country to 'treat' her many conditions.

A patient visits the surgery with a long list of symptoms, hoping Dr Wyne can rule out that she has had a heart attack. Meanwhile, a man with abdominal pain receives treatment, and a young mother comes in with her two poorly daughters, and also shows Dr Razak the white mottled rash she has had on her chest for over a year.

A toddler with a series of food allergies is brought into the surgery, and Dr Razak is called in to offer a second opinion for a paramedic dealing with a confusing case. Elsewhere, other patients include a man getting a sebaceous cyst removed from his shoulder, and a patient who has been suffering from dizzy spells.

An edition looking at the risks associated with being a frontline NHS worker, including a paramedic who is concerned about a hoarse voice he has had for several months, and is worried it could be signs of HIV infection after a patient assaulted him and punctured his skin. Elsewhere, Dr Arif's first patient Mohammed has a painful abscess the size of an apple on his backside.

Dr Ajay Singal is visited by Cyril, an 89-year-old who has a mischievous sense of humour and a loving family around him. Yet when it is time to sleep at night, he gets overwhelmed with anxiety and cannot settle. Can his GP get to the bottom of his problem? Paul comes in complaining of an excruciating pain in his throat, diabetic Paula worries about a sudden dip in her blood sugar levels and railway worker Darren shows Dr Qamar some unsightly lumps on his back.

A student studying for her A-levels is struggling to sit at her desk due to pain in her collar bone, a new mother with hip problems comes in to discuss the cocktail of strong painkillers she is taking to manage her pain, and a man has an annoying growth on his head that bleeds whenever he combs his hair. Dr Wyne discusses the available care options with an elderly gentleman who has mixed dementia and his daughter.

Dr Razak's first patient of the day is Muriel, an elderly woman who recently suffered a mini-stroke. She is reluctant to take her blood pressure medication because she has an aversion to drugs - but as the doctor explains, not doing so could make things even worse. Elaine asks Dr Costigan to give her painful knee a once-over and 92-year-old Elizabeth comes in for her regular heart check-up.

There is drama at the practice when young mother Farheena, who suffers from a long-term lung infection, arrives to see paramedic Kim - only to collapse halfway through the appointment. Kelsi visits the surgery hoping to have an annoying mole removed and Sarup asks about the painful raised skin that has developed around his bypass surgery scar.
