Season 3 Plot
When a ghost haunts a bookstore and releases fictional characters into the real world, a group of friends works to solve an exciting mystery surrounding the ghost’s unfinished business. While tackling the big mystery, the young heroes embark on six curious adventures with characters inspired by L. Frank Baum's story “The Wonderful Wizard of Oz”; author Pablo Cartaya's “¡Leo! El Magnífico”; Beverly Cleary's novel “The Mouse and the Motorcycle”; Mick Jagger and Keith Richard's song "She's a Rainbow"; E.B. White's book “Charlotte's Web”; and Jewell Parker Rhodes' tale “Bayou Magic.”

New friends Nia, Samir, and Charli meet a trio of Wizard of Oz-inspired characters and set out on a curious journey.

Oliver inspires a campus-wide search for answers. Nia struggles with a stranger's accusation.
3. Ghost of Oz (3)
As Samir tries to connect with the characters, an adversary stirs up trouble. More of Oliver's past comes to light.
4. The Magic Ghost (1)
Nia, Samir, and Charli cross paths with a young magician and learn about the Eloquent Peasant's disappearance.
5. The Magic Ghost (2)
As Charli prepares for a big performance, the crew looks for clues from Oliver. Samir's father opens up about his family history.
6. The Ghost, the Mouse, and the Motorcycle (1)
Oliver releases a tiny-but-mighty character to help the crew explore a secret tunnel. Nia meets a mentor and crafts a plan for change.

Thanks to Ralph, the group learns more about the Eloquent Peasant thief. Nia kickstarts a movement—and confronts a familiar challenge.

As the gang investigates Alex Thompson, a colorful shape-shifter arrives to help with a series of undercover missions.
9. He's a Ghost, She's a Rainbow (2)
Determined to find evidence, Detective Donovan visits Nia's home. As tension mounts, Rainbow struggles to stay vibrant.
10. The Ghost's Web (1)
Samir spends time with Oliver's nephew. Nia leaps into the pages of a classic novel. Charli grows suspicious of a nosy friend.
11. The Ghost's Web (2)
Nia and Charlotte work hard to help Wilbur. Samir and Charli gather vital evidence. Village Books hosts Oliver's memorial.
12. The Eloquent Ghost on the Bayou (1)
In order to take down their suspect, the friends try to sway someone from his inner circle. Oliver releases another character.
13. The Eloquent Ghost on the Bayou (2)
Nia, Charli, and Samir attempt to beat their suspect at his own game—with help from new allies and one crucial character.
