Ideas include a musical instrument for pensioners and a controversial way of controlling the UK's seagull population.

Musician Noddy Holder and comedienne Shappi Khorsandi join Dave Gorman to discuss inventions, schemes and policies pitched by members of the public. Ideas include a device that allows men to play computer games without neglecting their partners, and a gadget to get rid of unwanted house guests. Last in the series.
