1. Flood of Fords
The Flood garage is where good Fords go to die. Chris' 1963 Galaxie needs an overhaul, and his son Greg is wrestling with a 1966 Mustang. Can the Garage Squad rescue two classic American cars at once, or will they crack under the strain?
2. Mopar Monster
A classic 1967 Plymouth Barracuda needs a motor, transmission lines, and other assorted work under the hood.
3. Disheveled Datsun
They don’t make them like they used to. That’s especially true of Jason’s long-neglected Japanese classic Datsun 240Z, one of the very first off the Japanese assembly line destined for America. While this low-mileage Datsun looks okay on the surface, it has high-level problems under the hood and in the interior. Jason has dreams of transforming it into a replica 432, one of the great Japanese racers of its era, but there’s a long way to go.
4. Shell of a Chevelle
Brian has a 1968 Chevelle Malibu that’s fallen on hard times. Before Brian joined the Navy he totaled it, abused it and used it for parts. But now that he’s older and wiser, Brian wants a second chance with the car. The Chevelle lies in pieces in his garage, torn down to the chassis, and it will take a miracle to get her up and running. She needs a full interior rebuild, new fuel lines, and a laundry list of details to even get her on the road. It’s up to the GARAGE SQUAD to see what can be saved, what can be salvaged, and what needs to be built from scratch.
5. Red Menace
John has gotten in a little over his head with a 1966 Ford pickup. After winning an online auction for it he had a serious case of buyer’s remorse. Now, John is wrestling with a huge exhaust problem, a suspension held together with bailing wire and a serious lack of know-how. The GARAGE SQUAD team is hoping to get this lawn ornament up and running, and put John’s problems in the rear-view mirror.
6. Trans-Am Tragedy
Mike owns a classic 1977 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am, the perfect example of a dream car that’s been trapped in limbo for years. No matter how much time or money Mike has spent on it nothing ever seems to get done. The Trans Am needs a complete interior rebuild, new brakes and ignition, and a ton of engine work, and that’s before the GARAGE SQUAD turns up their game to install some serious nitrous.
7. Camaro in Crisis
Danielle bought a classic 1968 Chevy Camaro 327 convertible for a dream price, but when she discovered 45-year-old cars come with 45-year-old old problems she quickly found herself in over her head. The whole motor needs to come out, the wiring needs an overhaul, and the suspension, exhaust, and radiator need even more work.
8. Caddy-strophic
For the past eight years Donna’s classic 1956 Cadillac Coupe De Ville has been stashed away in a barn. Donna and her husband are classic car fanatics who have the knowledge to get the Coupe back into shape, but they are having trouble finding the parts or the time – not to mention the money. If the GARAGE SQUAD can’t help lock down some very rare parts this beauty might never get back in gear.
9. Triumphant Return
Brian is a solid gearhead who brought a classic Triumph home from Kentucky, and had grand plans to roll-up his sleeves and bring the car back to life. Money and free time – he has two kids and a third on the way – to work on the car ran short, but worse troubling mechanical issues emerged when he found that free moment to fire it up. As Brian says, “it’s the perfect car at the wrong time, and I'm the wrong mechanic.”
