Food Network Challenge Season 2

Five Pastry Chefs face off over Chocolate. Their challenge, create a work of art made out of chocolate. And the theme for this work of art was "Dreams". The winner of the competition goes home 10-thousand dollars richer.

It's a cake competition with a mystery twist. The best cake makers in the country came to Phoenix with no idea what they'd be asked to do. Just hours before the competition, the theme was announced: sports cakes! Watch as the pros squirm under the pressure, with just a few hours to plan, and 7 hours to build world-class cakes.

Ten of America's best grillers meet in Napa Valley to build the ultimate burger. Five competitors compete in the non-beef category for $10,000 and five competitors compete in the beef category for a whopping $50,000! Viewers will be treated to some of the most amazing burgers ever thrown on the grill...from salmon, to steak, to lamb and of course, good old ground beef. The recipes are mouth-watering and include flavors from around the globe, stretching from Morocco, to Hawaii, to Italy. After this Challenge, you'll never look at burgers the same way!

Six teams of student pastry chefs face off in the Happiest Place on Earth. On the line, a 14-thousand dollar scholarship and an internship in the prestigious Disney kitchens. These students will be tested. In eight hours, they will not only have to create four different desserts, but at the end of the day, they must also create a three foot tall chocolate and sugar centerpiece.

Food Network brings together five of the country's best pastry artists to design the perfect wedding cake for a real-life wedding. Watch as some of Food Network's biggest stars, including Giada De Laurentiis and Warren Brown, help the lucky couple choose their dream confection.

Four teams compete in a unique competition that combines ice sculpture and pastry art. Each team consists of two competitors. Our experts have to come up with a sculpture that combines two very different elements under the umbrella theme of Fire and Ice. There will be many forces at work against the teams .heat, the clock and for some, almost no time to practice.

Five of the country's top pastry chefs take on the world of architecture. Their goal? To recreate some of America's most amazing mansions. The twist? These mansions must be made out of gingerbread. You'll see Victorians, a Frank Lloyd Wright, a Vanderbilt mansion and a huge estate built by John Ringling, complete with a merry-go-round. At the end of the day, one of our gingerbread architects will walk away with $10,000.
