Season 2 Plot
An HBO Asia presentation, Folklore is an episodic horror series that takes place across a number of Asian countries, with each hourlong episode based on a modern adaptation of a different country's deeply-rooted myths and folklore, featuring supernatural beings and occult beliefs.

After stumbling upon a suicide cleansing ritual on her wedding night, a newlywed finds her life disrupted by a series of disturbing hauntings that threaten her new marriage.

A single father makes a risky living trading corpses to provide for his daughter's surgery, until a cursed body forces him to decide between saving his business or his family.

A righteous policewoman who believes in justice finds herself in a difficult position when her son becomes a victim of black magic.

A dejected mother struggles to adapt to her eerie new life in a nursing home, until she realizes that her supernatural roommate could be the key to getting her life back.
6. The Excursion
A troubled mother brings her son on an excursion to the beach after their family tragically unravels. At the edge of the sea, a horrifying truth awaits.

After discovering her employer consults a supernatural being for success, a young housekeeper finds herself seduced by the creature's promise of power and wealth.
