In the series premiere of Flipping Vegas, expert real estate investor, Scott Yancey, attempts to flip a flooded house in a high-priced gated Las Vegas neighborhood…but dangerous mold and his wife Amie’s high-end interior design purchases threaten to break Scott’s budget. And when his construction team falls behind, Scott goes ballistic!
3. Hot Tub House
Dealing with the Hot Tub from Hell, a new real estate agent, a missing contractor, and a horrible granite disaster, Scott battles the odds to survive a flip that could be his first losing deal. But a mysterious discovery behind a closet wall keeps Scott and Amie obsessed to the end.
4. Twins House
Scott partners with a pair of crazy identical twins to flip a filthy house in an upscale Vegas suburb…but the three butt heads, Scott’s construction manager quits, and Scott must fight to retain control of the project, which leads to a literal shoot-out, Vegas style!
5. Ridge House
Scott deals with a scary, uninvited houseguest, and has the whole crew working all night, when he guts this totally out-of-date fixer. Add swimming pool problems and incorrectly cut granite, and it looks like he’ll never make the open house date…or will he?
6. Country Club House
Scott goes 'all in' on a cash deal for a golf course property, but with an accelerated construction schedule, Scott pushes his crew, his wife and himself to the brink…and beyond! Tempers boil, golf balls fly, stone shatters, and Scott’s own marriage may not survive this difficult flip.
7. Dream House
In the first season finale of Flipping Vegas, Scott Yancey takes on the biggest flip of his career…an unfinished, multi-million dollar Vegas mansion that could make, or break him! Partnered with another hotheaded entrepreneur, and fighting both the elements and an impossible timetable, Scott has millions at risk and everything to lose.
8. Pink Door & Mouse House
Scott decides to flip two low-price fixers at the same time…but can he manage to renovate the hideous Pink Door House and the rodent-infested Mouse House in 5 days for his double open house day? A major theft at one house, and a disastrous accident at the other, add to the tension, while Scott refuses to let the houses beat him.
