The teams look to improve their game in round two, but with only eight weeks and $50,000, it's going to be a challenge to flip the worst houses on the block into the best; the teams sprint to finish the main bedroom and bath in just four weeks.
4. The Best on the Block Come Together
After finishing the main bedroom and bath, the teams have only four weeks for the rest of the house. Adding to the stress, their design choices receive extra scrutiny from Ken and Anita as they all struggle to turn their homes into the best on the block.
5. The Final Round Begins
The teams face their biggest challenge in the final round as they tackle total gut jobs with an $80,000 budget and only 12 weeks to finish. The flippers must deal with years of neglect and disrepair as they aim to complete their living rooms first.
6. From Gut Jobs to Grand Prize
The teams face budget issues, material delays and acts of nature in their battle to win the grand prize, but as the hardest flip of the competition hits the home stretch, the final reveal and appraisal is going to be critical to determine the winner.
