Attempting to diversify his business, Jeff heads to San Diego to meet with a new client who has million-dollar condominiums; Jenni reveals that she and her husband have decided to have a second baby; problems arise with Jeff's contractor, Frank.

Jeff struggles to please his client, forcing him to make a difficult decision; after constant bickering, Jeff and Gage try to reconnect and listen to their unborn child's heartbeat at Alexandra's first ultrasound.

Jeff explores forming a partnership with a furniture company; stress mounts as the team realizes it has to impress the entire family behind the retailer; Jenni struggles with fertility issues as Jeff and Gage look forward to the birth of their baby.
