Season 3 Plot
Season 3 will follow Jon and his go-to designer Kristina Crestin as they take on a slew of risky renovations. During the fresh episodes, the duo will renovate a lighthouse keeper’s home on a remote island, a former clam shack and a handful of 200–to-300–year–old farmhouses needing period–appropriate remodels.

1. Return of the Salem Witch Trial House
Jon and Kristina are back at the John Proctor house after a devastating pipe break wreaks havoc on the home’s first floor.
2. Demon Trap Design
Jon and Kristina take on one of their oldest renovations yet and uncover demon trap folklore in the 1700s home.
3. Barn Burner
A family's unusual taste leads Jon and Kristina to a woodland creature design in an overhaul of their 1800s home, and odd things are found behind the walls.
4. Island Lighthouse Renovation
Jon and Kristina renovate a historic lighthouse on an island off the coast of Salem, Massachusetts.
5. Saved by the Barn
Jon and Kristina come to the rescue for a homeowner who finds himself over his head constructing a post and beam barn.
6. Berry Farm Charm
For the first time ever Jon and Kristina renovate a home on a working berry farm. Using salvaged pieces found on the farmstead, they design a glass bottle wall, hanging plant feature and completely transform the space into a breathtaking modern farmhouse.
7. Clam Shack Chic
A clam shack once residing on a nearby island was transformed into a home and is now in need of major updates! Jon and Kristina come to the rescue and pull from it's seaside history to create a bright space that's perfect for humans and felines alike.
8. Jon's Risky Retreat
Jon and Kristina are called on to help a client redo her 1700s home, but the narrow staircase presents a huge hurdle.
