Dr. Dee: Alaska Vet Season 1

Dr. Dee embarks on her first cross-country flight as a new pilot to treat animals in the Arctic Circle. She also cares for an aging, beloved Border Collie and a disabled Siberian husky with a fighting spirit.

Dr. Dee flies to a remote village in Ruby, Alaska, to do a marathon spay and neuter clinic at a laundromat. At one of the largest cattle ranches in the state, Dr. Dee fights to deliver a calf struggling to be born.

Dr. Dee checks the health of a black bear who just woke from hibernation. But that was the easy part! A routine cattle castration turns dangerous. And a local radio station teams up with Dr. Dee to find a home for a special needs dog.

Dr. Dee investigates a possible neurological problem in her own dog. A horse castration turns dangerous. At the clinic, a potential case of animal neglect is not what it seems.

A feisty miniature horse is a difficult patient, a large horse has a potentially deadly problem, a new pig farmer learns how to castrate piglets, and a dog needs a forever home.

Dr. Dee takes care of her mother while manning her busy clinic where the vet performs emergency surgery on a Yorkie puppy. She rescues puppies from remote villages in the hopes of finding them homes, and Dr. Terry fights to save one of Santa's reindeer.

Dr. Dee and her team attempt to accomplish the extraordinary as they helicopter rescue a wounded horse from the wilderness! Dr. Dee also cares for a Husky mix hit by a truck and trailer, and investigates the cause of a bearded dragon's long slumber.
