And in Providence, the real deal family-run Italian deli scratch-making meat tortellini in the dedicated "pasta room" and curing their own bresaola meats.
10. All Family, All the Time

And on The Hill in St. Louis, the Italian-Greek joint run by two brothers, serving up a town staple in fried ravioli and mom's recipe for dolmathes.
