Guy Fieri heads all over the country as we revisit some his favorites from the road: Including an old-school cafeteria in the south cranking out 3rd generation southern classics; The pizzeria in Chicago, breaking the local rules with thin crust pizzas; The 80 year old Baltimore legend doin’ dogs Coney Island style; and the Texas carwash/Laundromat servin’ up world class lamb burgers.

In this one hour special, Guy Fieri explores the amazing holiday destination that is Disneyland - the fun, the experience, the added holiday excitement and charm, all wrapped around his focus on the park's holiday themed meals and treats. Guy, along with various members of his family, will highlight (and participate in the making of) a variety of food including baked goods (such as a gingerbread house and Yule log), candy (such as candy canes), and Christmas Eve dinner (featuring items served at the Napa Rose restaurant).

Guy Fieri heads up to North Pole, Alaska, for all kinds of Christmas favorites: Holiday ham with wild Alaskan cranberries; Reindeer hoagies; Santa burgers; and desserts that look good enough to put under the tree. Guy has visited lots of killer joints in New York and we've rounded up some of the best bites in the Big Apple. You can't visit New York without having old school Italian at John's of 12th Street or traditional Jewish favorites at Ben's Deli — and no one does classic New York sandwiches like Defonte's. But Guy's also discovered some surprises, like authentic barbecue at The Smoke Joint, German pretzels at The Redhead and a hubcap sized donut at Pies N Things

Guy's had a lot of burgers on DDD and we asked you to vote for your Top 10 favorites of all time. From old school to gourmet, it's a countdown of the most creative and delicious combinations found in Flavortown.

Deep fried dishes have been all over the map on DDD. You won't want to miss these fried beauties, from classics like the Fried Chicken Sandwich at Show Dogs, Fish and Chips from Mac's Fish and Chips, and the Chicharrones that Guy went bananas over at Highland Tavern, to the righteous Lobster Pops at Rizzo's Diner and Deep Fried Bacon at Tupelo's. And something you've never had in your school lunches, Fried Peanut Butter and Jelly at South Philadelphia Tap Room. This is a fully fried hour of all-out righteousness.

Guy loves 'que. The BBQ Hall of Famer loves makin' it and you know he loves tryin' it. There's a long list of off-the-chain barbecue joints in the DDD history books, and Guy's hand-picked some of his all-time favorites. From whole hogs to righteous ribs, smoking sammies to mouthwatering sides, you're in for the best of BBQ from coast to coast.

On DDD, Guy has seen it all, and he has the scoop on the some of the wackiest and wildest joints out there, like R&R Taqueria serving up real deal tacos out of a gas station, the church turned brewpub servin' up a divine Lobster Mac 'n Cheese at Clarkston Union, the silver bullet food truck on the Fisherman's Wharf cranking out seafood fries at Fresh, Local, Wild, and the boxing gym dishin' out scratch-made comfort food at The Duce. It gets even more ridiculous at the Taco Bus, a real deal bus pulling out all the stops on Mexican food, and the funky dj-slash-breakfast-food spot housed in a basement putting their spin on waffles at Funk 'n Waffles. These joints may be wacky, but the food is off the chain.

Guy has been to a ton of pizza joints and finding the perfect slice isn't easy. He's pulled together some killer spots that are spinnin' out some righteous pies, like the biggest pie ever shot on DDD at Fat Sully's, a killer Kimchi pizza at Pizzeria Lola, the Bacon and Clam Pizza at Joe's Squared and the funky Duck Pizza at Pastabilities. And you know he's digging what Luigi's tossin' up at Pizzeria Luigi, where Guy's turning up the heat with his on-the-fly Diablo pizza. No doubt you'll be begging for a slice.

Ethnic food runs the gamut on DDD, and Guy totally loves to try new things. In this special, we'll check out some of Guy's favorite spots serving up all kinds of traditional ethnic dishes, from hand-pulled Chinese noodles at Peaceful Restaurant to quesadillas and tortas at Nopalito and righteous Guamanian classics like shrimp fritters at PDX 671, these joints are authentic to the bone. And some of the best spots are keepin' it in the family like the brothers at OB Noodle House cranking out all kinds of Asian staples they picked up from pops and the mother/son team at Irazu serving up Costa Rican classics. Sit back, relax, and get ready for your flavor jets to get kicked into high gear.

If there's one thing Guy could eat all day, it's Italian food. And on DDD, he's tasted all kinds of authentic varieties derived from all over the boot. From scratch-made tortellini and house-cured bresaola at the Italian Corner to the native Italian chef at Cafe Citti dishin' out polenta with porcini sauce to the decadent pork sandwiches at Marie's Italian Specialties. And who could forget the legendary lobster ravioli at Rino's Place, or the out of bounds beef cheek manicotti they're serving up at Torinos' at Home? These joints are cranking out homemade Italian dishes that'll rival Nonna's home cooking.

On DDD, Guy's seen a ton of sammies and there are a few he'll not soon forget. From the traditional, like the po-boys he whipped up with Emeril Lagasse at Mahoney's Po-Boy Shop, to the ethnic, like the outrageous arepas at Pica Pica, to the downright ducky French dip at Beer Belly. The meat in the middle's taking center stage in standouts like the Smack Shack where the lobster is bursting from the bun and at The Refuge where Guy's divin' into an all-out pastrami extravaganza. These joints are bringin' the old bagged lunch staple to a whole new level.

On DDD, Guy has sampled some of the best food in America and its border buddies. Many of those joints have a special way of keeping us up late, like polka and pierogi at Nye's Polonaise Room, and servin' up outrageous food well into the midnight hour, like the around-the-clock menu at Sip and Bite. From triple decker duck at Tattooed Moose to top notch pub grub at Tampa Bay Brewing Company to 24-hour spots from coast to coast, one thing all these late night haunts have in common is great food at all hours.

In this one-hour special, Guy hits up a diverse roster of totally righteous Vegas joints pulling out all the stops, like out-of-this world finger foods at Bachi Burger, the generations-old butcher shop slingin' killer ribs at John Mull's Meats and Road Kill Grill, and the legendary spot that was one of DDD's very first restaurants ever featured — Four Kegs Sports Pub, where they're servin' up all kinds of Italian favorites. Then he's headed over to the Bulgarian joint, Forte European Tapas Bar and Bistro, and a trip to Vegas wouldn't be complete without a trip to Guy's alma mater, UNLV, where Guy's checkin' in with the culinary department and cookin' up Thai Shrimp with Sticky Rice. You can put your money on it — the culinary side of Vegas is a full spread of winners.

On DDD, the bird is definitely the word. Guy has traveled the country digging into an incredible variety of chicken dishes, and somehow every new plate offers a twist on the traditional bird. From the garlic chicken at Opal Thai Food to stuffed Native American-style tacos at Tocabe, there's all kinds of unique spins on a farm favorite. Served crispy, shredded and flavorful to the bone, this one-hour special wouldn't be complete without a stunner, at Smalley's Caribbean Barbeque where the wings had Guy and his buddies calling for mama.

Some of the tastiest stops on Guy's DDD road trip have been at Mexican joints, where generations-old family recipes and totally fresh ingredients combine to create incredible food. Coast to coast, from Chicago to Salt Lake City to San Diego, new twists on old classics are keeping tradition alive. And a grilling road trip this stacked wouldn't be complete without a trip to Texas for some classic 'cue.
