1. Bristol

January 2nd, 20191 hr

This brand new series kicks off from in and around Bristol, where first night hosts, fitness fanatics Billy and Tasha, bring a taste of the east to the west with their Thai inspired menu. Sadly for them, music-loving Dennis and Tina are less than impressed. Night two sees hosts Dennis and Tina bring some razzle dazzle to proceedings but former news reporter Keith and wife Jane prove hard to please. It's Keith and Jane's turn to impress on night three, but it doesn't really go according to plan, as Keith goes full 'Alan Partridge'.

2. West Sussex

January 3rd, 20191 hr

This all new episode comes from West Sussex, where married couple Bettina and husband Giovanni start the contest with an Italian themed menu. But married couples Linda and Dave and Chris and Ewelina are distinctly less than impressed with her lack of home cooking. Day two sees school inspectors Dave and Linda offer French fine dining. Inspired by their love of the countryside, they plan to utilise as much home-grown produce from their garden as possible. After the hosts' comments last night, both couples are expecting everything to be homemade, leading to a dramatic revelation at dessert. Finally, Polish-born Ewelina and her husband Chris show the others how it's done with a 100% homemade menu. Ewelina takes control in the kitchen while funny man Chris does his best to distract her, but will her hard work be enough to help them bag that grand?

3. Manchester

January 4th, 20191 hr

The brand new series continues in Manchester, where married couple Victoria and Andrew kick off with an Italian themed menu. This divides girlfriends Ciara and Carley, while Terri and husband David aren't keen on the couples' decision to invite a gospel choir to perform. Day two sees fitness-loving Ciara and Carley cooking up a healthy, clean-eating menu. But Victoria and Andrew are left feeling worse for wear after a game of smoothie pong involving sprout juice, and Terri is less than pleased with the sportswear dress code. Finally, it's retro-loving Terri and David's chance to bring back the 70s to try to bag the grand. Terri bosses husband David around the kitchen and the night ends with dessert up the walls!

4. Nottingham

January 7th, 20191 hr

The series continues in Nottingham, where newlyweds Clare and Ric kick off the competition with an evening of traditional Italian cuisine. Day two sees competitive duo Donna and Simon attempt a traditional dinner party, but the food is anything but classic, leaving their chances of bagging the grand hanging by a thread. Finally, it's Laura and Blaine's turn to wow their guests with some classic cooking and an evening of sparkling wit and entertainment, but will Blaine's beef bourguignon be enough to top the score board?

5. South East London

January 8th, 20191 hr

In south east London, Ben and Alicia kick the week off with food inspired by some of their favourite places. Everyone is impressed when the evening takes a musical turn as the guests discover Ben's former career, but will the food be as exciting? With it becoming clear that there are three nights of lamb in store, how will the guests cope? Night two sees trainee solicitor Fareena and her husband Cahit present their tried and tested menu. With the hosts' glamourous wedding taking centre stage, things get awkward when the others discuss marriage plans. Finally, it's the turn of self-proclaimed yuppies Cherry and Lawrence to host. With the hosts feeling the pressure as the 'lamb-off' reaches its conclusion, will their different takes on the meat snatch them the victory or leave them feeling sheepish?

6. Liverpool

January 9th, 20191 hr

This episode comes from Liverpool, where Essex-born Emma and her husband Mark kick off the competition with their take on the ultimate Mexican fiesta. But Liverpudlians Nycola and Andy begin to tire of Emma's energy. The North/South divide crops up but it's David and Fletch's conversation about poo that sends the party down the pan. Day two sees Nycola and Andy cooking 'poshed up' versions of classic dishes but the North/South divide is widened by Andy's welcome sign on their door and things go downhill from there. Finally it's David and Fletch's turn to wow with the week's second Mexican extravaganza, but after last night's dip in atmosphere, the hosts have a job to pick up the pace and cement over the cracks. Things get prickly during the starter, continue through the night, and end in a table-top bust up.

7. Maidenhead and Slough

January 10th, 20191 hr

In this episode from Maidenhead and Slough, first to host are construction manager Sati and his wife of 26 years, Jesse. They're hoping a traditional Punjabi menu will be a winner. However it's not just the food that does the talking tonight. Nick and Dinara host night two with Nick following orders very, very closely. Harry and Charlotte assume the menu will be from the Soviet Bloc and are not looking forward to it, while Nick and Dinara are certain none of the group will have tasted their food before - let alone be able to pronounce it. And so to Harry and Charlotte's grand finale. Determined to show the others what a proper British dinner party is about, their competitiveness is uncovered by Sati and Jesse, and things get heated in the kitchen. With an international mix of cuisines up for critique this week, which one will take the £1000 cash prize? Will it be Indian, Russian or will a good old British dinner nab the grand?

8. South Yorkshire

January 11th, 20191 hr

The show heads to South Yorkshire, where Phil and Kate get the competition started with a menu inspired by some of their most romantic meals. Day two sees loved-up bus drivers Lee and Dawn cooking up some of the favourite dishes from their wedding day... but eyebrows are raised when pork loins are served smothered in apple sauce and cheese, while some candid bodily functions banter is unpalatable to some guests. Finally it's plant biologist Katie and micro-brewer Ed's chance to show off their cooking skills with a Spanish inspired menu, but will their meal be too adventurous for their simple food loving guests and will it scupper their chances of walking away with the grand prize?

9. West Midlands

January 14th, 20191 hr

Contestants from the West Midlands compete for the cash prize of £1,000, with Rosie and Darren, Jamie and Alison, and Sean and Helen taking turns to try to make the best impression

10. Glasgow

January 15th, 20191 hr

Englishman Andrew and his Sweden-born wife Sophia kick off the competition in Glasgow, with a Swedish-inspired menu. On the second night, Brian and Victoria host with a `vaguely' Scottish theme, but things don't exactly go as planned when Andrew reveals he doesn't like spice or lentils, both of which are on the menu. Finally, it's David and Sarah's turn to impress with a menu that represents their heritage, with dishes from Russia, Armenia and a Scottish/American dessert

11. Cambridge and Peterborough

January 16th, 20191 hr

Lisa and Jesue begin the contest in this episode from Cambridge and Peterborough, as they compete against bickering partners Paul and Gareth, and posh millennials Georgie and Alex

12. Essex

January 17th, 20191 hr

The show heads to Essex, and first to showcase their cooking skills are partners Edith and Martin who are desperate to impress with their African themed menu, but things don't go quite to plan. A very spicy kebab ignites the taste buds of married couple Danny and Shira and an oven malfunction leaves a nasty taste in the mouth of husband and wife Ana and Ian. Day two sees Ana and Ian whip up a menu inspired by Ana's Latino roots and their hosting skills are put to the test with some brutal feedback about their grub. Finally, it's Danny and Shira's chance to impress with some of their favourite comfort food. Despite a kitchen ding dong they put on a united front at the dinner table but they get a dose of their own medicine from one diner out for revenge. With some celebrity name dropping and some impromptu rapping, can they get their guests back on side and walk away with a thousand pounds in their back pockets?

13. Bournemouth

January 18th, 20191 hr

Couples Come Dine with Me heads to Bournemouth, where Karen and wife Lindsay kick off the competition with an evening of trusted family favourites, winning over garrulous David and Elaine as well as newlyweds Matt and Jay. Day two sees hopeless romantics Matt and Jay serving up a traditional Russian feast, but eyebrows are raised when shop bought items are thrown into mix, while Matt's boy band days provokes huge intrigue from their guests. Finally, it's David and Elaine's chance to show the younger members of the competition how to throw a dinner party, providing they survive their incessant bickering in the kitchen.

14. Liverpool

January 21st, 20191 hr

The first hosts in Liverpool, Jude and her husband Malcolm, hope that a selection of their restaurant favourites will win them the prize, but as the evening pans out, Malcolm turns out to be less of a help and more of a hindrance. On day two, Kelsey and Chris hope to spice up their guests' lives with a Mexican fiesta. A confession from Malcolm about what he gets up to while Jude is at the bingo leaves her fuming, and Elisa's revelation about a celebrity crush leaves her boyfriend Alan speechless. The final hosts, Alan and Elisa, have dished out blunt feedback all week, so their guests could be out for revenge.

15. Southampton

January 22nd, 20191 hr

Gurvinder and Tina kick off the competition in Southampton with a Punjabi feast with a twist. Halloumi in an onion bhaji and chocolate in a samosa anyone? On night two, Maggie and Rick turn the clock back 500 years with a Tudor evening featuring a menu of wild boar pâté and beef cheeks. Gurvinder and Tina are impressed by Rick's connection to royalty, but Marc and Lou feel like they're back at school. On the final day, jokey couple Marc and Lou cook up a quirky menu of egg and bacon soup and chocolate garden pots. Maggie is put off by the soup and Tina isn't a fan of the lamb rump main but it's Marc's low energy and seriousness that concerns the guests most of all.

16. Brighton

January 23rd, 20191 hr

On the first night in Brighton, party-loving Pete and Jason's home-made-from-scratch Italian menu impresses Debbie but not her partner Richard, although they both enjoy a rare night out together. Meanwhile, Chris and Barb, who've been married for almost 30 years, enjoy the night but don't rate Pete and Jason as any kind of rivals to their well-honed party throwing skills. Novice hosts and accomplished bickerers Debbie and Richard are up next, but tension in the kitchen spills over to the table, leading to some cold food and awkward chat. Finally, Chris and Barb rely on their years of hosting experience and their teamwork skills to deliver a tried and tested menu, and throw in a little something extra. Is it enough to win them the grand?

17. Northampton

January 24th, 20191 hr

Web designer Danny and his wife, compliance manager Holly, kick off the week in Northampton with a Tex Mex menu. Next up, Chris and Hilary are convinced that no one can beat their idyllic holiday park setting and their flavoursome but healthy menu. But when Chris waxes lyrical about their motorhome, their guests long for him to finish. On the final night, Georgia and Ollie pull out all the stops with a posh pub grub menu and hope to add some class to proceedings. But Georgia upset Chris and Hilary at their place and the knives are out.

18. Berkshire

January 25th, 20191 hr

Astronautical engineer Adam and junior doctor Steph kick the week off, in and around Berkshire. Their guests are all slightly bemused by Steph's 'fake laugh' but quickly work out that she's the boss of the relationship, even if she and Adam claim otherwise! The next hosts, stockbroker Simon and Liz, go for a gastropub style menu, but not all of their guests are fans of their ingredients. The night goes well, until Liz suggests a game of 'guess the age'. On the final night, everyone is impressed by NHS workers Mat and Lee's menu, but behind the scenes there's plenty of drama. Have they done enough to win the cash?

19. Manchester

January 28th, 20191 hr

This episode heads to Manchester where quirky couple Sophie and boyfriend Lucas opt for a menu based on the idea that looks can be deceiving. The second night sees married couple Ruth and her husband Martin present a traditional, romantic meal to their guests. Hoping to inspire an atmosphere of love and sharing, the hosts are surprised by just how much their guests get on board with the theme. Finally, it's the turn of Liverpudlian Ryan and boyfriend Warren to host, and they throw a Mexican feast to try and end the competition with a bang. But will all the spice ruin their chances of winning the grand?

20. Cambridge

January 29th, 20191 hr

This episode comes from in and around Cambridge where young couple Fiona and Anthony kick off the competition with a 'Carnival' style dinner party. Everyone loves the chicken wings starter, but the spicy fish main proves too much for electrician Paul, and his wife Karen is unsure of international couple Ari and Amanda as they seem 'a bit posh'. Day two sees a squeamish Karen nearly throw up as Paul prepares the chicken liver pate, while Ari and Amanda get the wrong end of the stick when they turn up in Christmas jumpers. Finally, it's Ari and Amanda's turn to impress with an evening of fine dining, and the guests are impressed from the off by the size of their hosts' house. But will the food match the surroundings and net them the grand?

21. Glasgow

January 30th, 20191 hr

This episode comes from in and around Glasgow, where Mandi and Ally kick off the competition with some family favourites, starting with some Scottish charcuterie. Young competitive couple Stephen and Lucy are less than impressed with the lack of cooking, and transgender couple Judith and Charlene are disappointed when the salt-baked sea bass takes so long to serve. Day two sees the turn of the Judith and Charlene to host, and it's an evening full of revelations. The final day sees youngsters Lucy and Stephen risk it all with an exotic menu inspired by Lucy's travels to Asia. Having had enough of her wittering on, Charlene confronts Mandi around the table and Stephen shares his first impression of meeting Judith and Charlene, while Judith treats everyone to her 'Beautiful Swan' song.

22. South East London

January 31st, 20191 hr

In south east London, kicking off the week are business owner Max, and his wife, professional singer Janelle, whose family roots are behind a complex Caribbean menu. While Janelle is the driving force in the kitchen, Max is tasked with putting the finishing touches to the main course, and believes his special sauce will be the vital element of the evening. Night two sees Michael and Laura reliving their Ibizan wedding with a Spanish themed menu, although after his performance on night one, it's fair to say David wouldn't have made Laura's guest list given the choice! The final night sees David and Sammi planning a party to end the week, balanced with a healthy menu. The guests are expecting big things, but are surprised by the simplicity of the menu. Can the hosts pull it out of the bag and blow away the competition?

23. Nottinghamshire

February 1st, 20191 hr

This episode comes from Nottinghamshire, where building company owners Kirsty and Gary are first off with a refined menu inspired by their love of travel. With the food going down a storm with most of their guests, they come up a little short on the hosting. Day two sees a nervy Rita and Hugh try their best to up their game knowing they have some strong competition on their hands. The strategic ace up their sleeve is to try to make Maxine and Lee let their hair down a little. With the food not universally loved, will that be enough to keep them in the running? Finally, it's the turn of Maxine and Lee to impress. Hoping their cryptic menu and Maxine's cooking skills will come as a welcome, point-scoring surprise, will it be too little too late or can they scoop the grand?

24. Bournemouth

February 4th, 20191 hr

This episode comes from sunny Bournemouth, where husband and wife Rupert and Jo are first to showcase their cooking skills with a night based around their favourite travel destinations. Day two sees Aaron take control in the kitchen while sous-chef River struggles to follow his strict instructions. A new gadget sees the couple spiralise a courgette for the first time and they create the week's second entirely vegetarian menu. Finally, it's Jemma and Darren's chance to impress, and while Darren takes the lead in the kitchen, Jemma is the glamorous assistant who doesn't appear to actually assist!

25. Northampton

February 5th, 20191 hr

In Northampton, first hosts cockney duo Shelly and her husband Scott dish up a night full of food that they think nobody will have heard of before! Night two sees Team Texas, Ilyas and his wife Amanda, present a menu of tried and tested food along with a little homegrown southern hospitality. But when they serve themselves something slightly different their guests are not impressed. Finally, it's the turn of Sabbi and Ashley to host with an Indo-Caribbean fusion they think is destined to win them the £1000. With spice in the kitchen and tears at the table, have the boys done enough to grab hold of victory?

26. West Midlands

February 6th, 20191 hr

This episode heads to the West Midlands for a confrontational three days. First to host are Sam and Karl with an 80s inspired menu, but rock-hard bread, soggy salmon and a hairy dessert leaves a nasty taste in the mouth for the guests. Day two sees Ange and Dave cook up recipes using only the finest ingredients - according to them. The group is less than impressed with their hosts' celebrity connections, things get heated when Sam gives Ange a dose of her own medicine, and a musical interlude fails to hit all the right notes. Finally, it's Cleo and Nick's chance to impress with their American inspired dishes, but will their shortcuts in the kitchen go unnoticed? After rising tension at the table, the hosts have a job on their hands to get the group in the mood to party.

27. Portsmouth

February 7th, 20191 hr

Happy-go-lucky hosts Jim and Justine kick off this competition from Portsmouth. The night begins in smashing fashion with an unexpected crockery disaster. When Leanne can't stomach either the scallops or peas, the others are left wondering whether she'll be a handful all week. And after Jim reels off wisecrack after wisecrack, Stewart and Lynn fear he might become a little too much to handle. Competitive Leanne and Gary host on night two, but when they stuff their starter with three whole packets of blue cheese, are they taking a risk too far? Gary has a big surprise in store, but will it backfire? And when the boys take the floor for an impromptu boogie, is it the start of an unlikely friendship? Stewart and Lynn serve up an 'odd' menu on the final night, but is their confidence in a very unusual pudding misplaced? Can they find a formula which will impress picky Leanne? What will Jim make of Stewart's surprising hobby? And who will win that cloche-full of cash?

28. South Yorkshire

February 8th, 20191 hr

In South Yorkshire, chatty couple Kealey and Nathan begin with an international menu. But when well-to-do Graham and wife Sarah discover they're doing exactly the same dessert, the cheesecake war is on. After the ups and downs with the food on night one, Graham and Sarah try to raise the bar with a fine dining experience, laying out the red carpet and arrival drinks in the gentleman's room. Finally it's time for the youngsters of the group, Alex and Emily, to offer up their tour of European culinary delights. After bearing the brunt of Graham's humour for most of the week, Alex finally outshines him in a fact-off, but like most of the week, the food is hit and miss.

29. Essex

February 11th, 20191 hr

The show heads to Essex where married couple Kellie and Scott kick off with a love themed menu. But decorating company owner Stuart and his lady-of-leisure wife Jamie are shocked to see that the menu consists of not one, but two nearly identical dishes to their menu. Loved-up partners of 23 years, happy-go-lucky Lisa and her cabbie husband Nick are happy to try it all. Day two, and it's over to glam duo Stuart and Jamie to try and better Kellie and Scott but when it comes to cooking steaks to order. Will hubby Stuart be able to keep his cool in the kitchen? Finally, it's the turn of Nick and Lisa who hope to use their experience with tried and tested favourites to take top spot. No more steak and key lime pies, but will the standard of cooking be high enough to see them walk away with the grand?

30. Bristol and Bath

February 12th, 20191 hr

This episode comes from around Bristol and Bath. The first couple to tee off are golf fanatics Sam and his cabin crew wife Kelly and they're hoping that a golf-themed menu will score them a hole in one - but it could all turn into a bit of a bogey. Night two sees bohemians Brian and Mandie decide that a festival theme is the way to the grand. Their love of all things musical and dance sends dog food entrepreneur Dylan into a cold sweat, but little does he know that the entertainment Brian and Mandie have in store will get him shaking his booty. On night three Dylan and holistic canine nutritionist Emma decide to share their passion by feeding their guests food they'd be happy to serve their dogs! And if that's not enough, everyone's made to wear dog collars and doggie masks to add to the experience. In an eclectic week comprising of golf-themed food, festival frolics and dog food, the jury's out on who will take home the £1000 cash prize.
