Season 1 Plot
Jang Tae Joon graduated from the Korean National Police University and worked as a detective. He wanted to gain more power and decided to work in the National Assembly. Now, he is the chief aide to a 4-time lawmaker. He has excellent intuition, a cold-blooded decisiveness and a strong desire to win. He was able to place his lawmaker in the position of the party representative, but Jang Tae Joon has higher ambitions. Meanwhile Kang Sun Young is a first year lawmaker who got elected through proportional representation and is a spokesperson for her party. She worked as a lawyer and hosted a current affairs TV program prior to becoming a lawmaker. She is ambitious and does her job well. Kang Sun Young has an awkward relationship with Jang Tae Joon, whose boss is a rival of the senior lawmaker who got her to become proportional representation lawmaker.

1. 6g Badge
Jang Tae-jun is interviewed about his role as chief of staff and tries to defuse a crisis threatening Song Hui-seop’s political career -- and his own.
2. Rupture
Han Do-gyeong joins the staff as a new intern. Tae-jun makes a controversial proposal for the upcoming government audit, which has everyone on edge.
3. Reason for Selection
Tae-jun contends with a rival staff member. Yun Hye-won volunteers to talk to a key witness. Kang Seon-yeong becomes concerned about Lee Seong-min.
4. Domino
Oh Won-sik makes a move that jeopardizes Tae-jun’s standing with Song Hui-seop. Seon-yeong gets a surprise visit. Do-gyeong learns about Hye-won’s past.
5. Dilemma
Tae-jun grapples with a dilemma. Song Hui-seop’s impatience grows as Seon-yeong shifts her strategy. Do-gyeong asks Hye-won a delicate question.
6. Firelight
Tae-jun and Seon-yeong enjoy an evening out together, but soon find that someone knows about them. News of a factory worker’s death alarms Do-gyeong.
7. Knot
Hui-seop invites Seong-min to join his party. Seon-yeong gives Tae-jun a stern warning, but he doesn’t waver. Do-gyeong makes a costly misstep.
8. Decapitation
As the confirmation hearing gets underway, Tae-jun is caught off guard by Hui-seop’s self-serving machinations and scrambles to survive.
9. 6g's Price
Tae-jun struggles with the ramifications of Seong-min’s decision. Do-gyeong has information that may help Tae-jun. Won-sik grows suspicious of Hye-won.
10. Irreducible
Seon-yeong’s career is in peril, rumors unsettle Won-sik, Do-gyeong returns to the team, and Tae-jun determines to go down a path that he may regret.
