.Tale of an elderly man whose life has been dull and commonplace until one day he receives $10,000 in cash, his endowment insurance policy has matured. A bachelor, Toby lives in a boarding house where most of the other boarders immediately have all kinds of plans as to how Toby can spend or invest his small fortune. All that is except Millie, a gracious young lady, who wants Toby to spend the money having fun.
