Koh Afuk and Helen get married. They promise to make eachother happy. On the other hand, Amei refuses to accept Koh Afuk as her new father.

Yadi and Ojak help Koh Afuk play matchmaker to soften Amei's heart. Meanwhile, Helen is bored at home. She joins Koh Afuk at the fishing pond to help out. Helen becomes more acquainted with the employees at the pond.

Koh Afuk feels that Helen meddles too much with the pond's business, but Helen presents him with a sound argument for her case. Koh Afuk consults with his two friends that he met in prison for for advice. A vote is called to decide matters concerning the pond.

Koh Afuk searches for a way to stop Helen from going to the pond, but fails. Employees at the pond begin to adjust to the job descriptions that Helen arranged. In the chaos, Pak Ali advises Koh Afuk with a unique solution.

Helen wants to start a tempe factory. Koh Afuk can't express his disagreement because he's trapped in a lie: that he dislikes tempe. Koh Afuk tries to convince Helen to pursue something else, but news of a new tempe factory has already spread to the employees and patrons of the pond.

Jaya Baru Tempe Factory is established. Yadi, Ojak and Naryo follow Helen to work at the tempe factory, while Samsul, Ipeh and Habel stay at the fishing pond with Koh Afuk. Amei visits the tempe factory and sees how happy Helen is. Her heart starts to soften for Koh Afuk.

A number of fish suddenty die from the tempe factory's waste. On the other hand, the tempe's quality decreases because the soybean warehouse is affected by the pond's environment. Employees of the pond and the tempe factory confront each other. The clash is inevitable.
