1. Crêperie d'Antan (Nantes)
Monique has acquired a small restaurant in one of the most commercial streets of Nantes. Her plan: to bequeath this establishment to Laure, her daughter. In the kitchen, there is Kevin, Laure's boyfriend. Unfortunately, this project turned out to be a failure: today, the room is empty while all the nearby pancake restaurants are full. The problem is that neither Monique, Laure, nor Kevin understand the origin of the disaster; they wait, in vain, for customers who don't come. Philippe Etchebest has one week to figure out what's wrong and try to give the restaurant a new lease on life. As soon as he arrives, he meets Kevin, the cook who has no experience in the business. But in the restaurant business, good will is not enough! And no luck, Philippe loves pancakes. The meeting is going to be tense and Philippe will have to use all his pedagogy to teach him the rudiments of the profession of cook... and avoid a nervous breakdown!
2. Le Nautique (La Ciotat)
Philippe Etchebest goes to La Ciotat to an establishment overlooking the sea that serves a lot of fish... frozen. On the spot, the manager has trouble trusting his chef: a young woman full of energy who has trouble getting respect. Philippe Etchebest will have to fight against the preconceived ideas to bring some sense to the restaurant. And above all, he will have to use all his authority to convince the manager to change his habits!
3. Tourist Bar (Orbec)
On the spot, Sylvie bought an establishment for her children. Her daughter Mathilde is in charge of the management. A young woman with experience, Mathilde did her apprenticeship in luxury hotels. The mother has also placed her son Guillaume in charge of the restaurant. Unfortunately, the brother and sister don't get along at all! Mathilde reproaches her brother for his lack of involvement and Guillaume reproaches his sister for her incessant criticisms: between them, the torch burns... and the establishment sinks. As soon as he arrives, Philippe Etchebest discovers a terrible kitchen, a backyard that looks like a real dump and a family history that is in a bad way... As always, he has to dot the i's and everyone will have to face their responsibilities. And once again, it won't be easy...
4. O Clin d'œil (Vendargues)
In the heart of a large shopping area, Nathalie and Jean-Pierre have invested all their savings in a large restaurant that can accommodate a hundred people. Unfortunately, no one comes to their place. Worse, in the face of these difficulties, Jean-Pierre, who is the boss's companion but who also takes care of the pizzas, puts his grain of salt in everyone's work. The atmosphere deteriorates and Nathalie can no longer fulfill her role as manager. The result is a talented chef who refuses to get involved... The starred chef Philippe Etchebest is not going to take the gloves off when it comes to raising the problems of one or the other. He will meet a young talented chef who will totally crack up when he arrives, a Nathalie on the verge of breaking up and a Jean-Pierre who hides his game well... Another complicated affair that needs to be cleared up urgently to save an establishment.
5. La Taverne des Pirates (Neufchateau)
On the spot, he will meet Marc, manager of a tavern that is heading straight for disaster. Marc is American, and more than 20 years ago he left his country to come and live in France and open his own restaurant. His menu includes pizzas, pasta, calf's head, oceanic dishes, pancakes... anything and everything. In the dining room and in the kitchen, there is consternation, a team mobilizes every day to go to work but everyone has given up: the kitchen is in an incredible state of dirtiness, the waitress is on the verge of a nervous breakdown, in short, everything is going from bad to worse under the outdated eye of Marc, who no longer knows how to handle it. Chef Philippe Etchebest has only one week to shake up the (bad) habits of the whole team and try to save this drifting establishment...
6. Au Vieux Port (Irigny)
Direction Irigny, in an establishment run by Ruben, a hardworking and demanding manager who tends to put his staff under pressure. Young, ambitious and perfectionist boss, he is everywhere and especially on everyone's back. So much so, that today the staff is about to quit. Philippe discovers a talented and devoted team that has lost all its motivation. As soon as he arrives on the scene, he will understand that the manager wants to control everything and will do everything to destabilize him so that he understands how much he needs the others to make his establishment work.
7. La Belle Époque (Cabourg)
Cabourg, in a large brasserie on the Normandy coast. On the spot, Monique and Jean-Louis are the managers of an establishment that is desperately running out of business. The couple, who are not in the business, found themselves at the head of a team of 10 people overnight. Unable to coordinate the work of the staff, Jean-Louis collapses a little more each day. The atmosphere in the restaurant is electric and the number of departures is increasing. Faced with this lack of stability, Gregory, the head chef, has taken the place of the boss and is reigning terror around him... Needless to say, the arrival of Philippe Etchebest will shake things up. How to push the manager to take his place as boss? How to calm down the chef's ardor? These are the difficult objectives that the chef will try to achieve.
