1. Legado das Águas
Aruay, Mayra and Anderson arrive at one of the richest in natural diversity of the Legado das Águas: The Cambuci hiking trail.
2. Ibitipoca
Aruay and Anderson walk towards the shore of the Rio Grande in Ibitipoca. During their journey they encounter one of the most incredible engineering work of nature, several Rufous-fronted Thornbird's nests, they are a species of bird that build large nests with small sticks.
3. Trilha de Dezembro
Anderson and Aruay hike through the biggest private reserve of the Atlantic Florest in Brasil, Legado das Águas. They arrive at the Dezembro waterfall.
4. Parque do Sumidouro
Mayra, Aruay and Anderson visit the Lake of Sumidoro located in the state of Minas Gerais, Brazil. They observe the ancient rock paintings in one of the oldest area inhabited by humans from the Americas.
5. Cachoeira do Tabuleiro
Anderson, Aruay and Mayra arrive at the Tabuleiro Waterfall, the third largest waterfall of Brazil. They explore the flora of Cerrado of Minas Gerais, Brasil.
6. Restinga
Mayra, Aruay and Anderson visit one of the most imporant preserved areas in the restinga in the coast of Brazil. They walk on the beach and discover the rich biodiversity of the coastline.
7. Serra do Japi
Aruay, Anderson and Mayra visit Serra do Japi. Serra do Japi is an important area of the Atlantic Forest that covers 1400 meters of altitude. During their hike, they explore the flora, fauna and diversity in the forest.
8. Legado/Viveiro
Aruay and Anderson visit an orchid garden and the production system of native seedlings in the largest area of the private reserve of the Atlantic Forest in Brazil.
9. Pico do Couto
Aruay and Anderson climb to Pico do Couto, one of the highest points in Brazil. The altitude of the vegetation area is located more than 2,600 meters high, high above the clouds.
10. Gruta de Ibitipoca
In the middle of the Ibitipoca region located in the state of Minas Gerais, Brazil, Aruay and Anderson visit a cave used as a refuge for the slaves. They discover information about the plants and animals which inhabit the region.
11. Prainha Branca
Anderson and Aruay go to Guarujá, São Paulo, to hike the Prainha Branca trail, a location completely different from the urban beaches in city of Guarujá.
12. Cachoeira do Rio Mimoso
Aruay and Anderson hike on the trail of the Mimoso River in search of the Infinite Edge Waterfall in the middle of the Atlantic Forest.
13. Serra da Bocaina
The hosts of the program are familiar with Serra da Bocaina, a place with great variation of altitudes, and several typical natural attractions of the Atlantic Forest.
14. Pico dos Pontões
Anderson and Aruay hike an unknown trail in the Conceição District of Muqui, ES, where they explore the Pontões region.
15. Ilhas de Paraty
Aruay and Anderson go to the city of Paraty, Rio de Janeiro. They travel near the islands within the Cairuçu Environmental Protection Area, a place with more than 60 islands, diversity of faunas and floras.
16. Arraial do Cabo
Aruay and Anderson visit Arraial do Cabo, Rio de Janeiro. Arraial do Cabo is known as the "Brazilian Caribbean" because of the color of the sea. They travel to the ruins of the city's old lighthouse.
17. Parque dos Tres Picos
Anderson and Aruay hike to the Cabeca de Dragao trail, the most famous of the Tres Picos State Park in Nova Friburgo, Rio de Janeiro.
18. Parque Estadual da Pedra Azul
Anderson and Aruay visit the Pedra Azul State Park in the city of Domingos Martins, Espirito Santo. They explore the most popular trail in the park, the Pedra Azul trail.
19. Parque Estadual Paulo Cesar Vinha
Aruay and Anderson explore Paulo Cesar Vinha State Park in Guarapari. Guarapari is a beautiful and preserved Atlantic Forest site in the state of Espirito Santo.
20. Restinga de Jurubatiba
The hosts of Brazil Land go to Macae, Rio de Janeiro, to explore the Restinga of Jurubatiba, the largest in Brazil that was formed during the Quaternary period.
