Season 3 Episodes
1. The Evolution Will Be Televised
Ten new glassblowers impress the judges — including the Season 1 champion — with pieces that tell the story of their evolution as artists.
2. Bottoms Up
Each artist designs a set of six glasses for a different beverage, including fancy flutes for Champagne and curvaceous chalices for Belgian ale. Cheers!
3. 2022, The Year Of Glass
To celebrate the Year of Glass, the contestants create pieces inspired by groundbreaking glass inventions, from Galileo's telescope to smartphones.
4. Seven Deadly Sins
The seven glassblowers take on the Seven Deadly Sins, yielding a menacingly lustful rose, a vibrant ode to gluttony and a piece that's green with envy.
5. The Bigger The Better
Go big or go home! As their numbers dwindle, the artists turn tiny objects into supersized sculptures — including an olive, a thimble and a pushpin.
6. Under The Big Top
The hot shop meets the big top in a circus-themed challenge filled with whimsical creatures, from a bearded dragon lady to a dapper walrus.
7. Team Work Makes The Dream Work
The glassblowers split up into pairs. One team collaborates on a troll-like "tree baby" while the other forges flames and fiery chile peppers.
8. Out Of This World
Planets collide and aliens give birth as the artists conquer the final frontier: crafting dynamic sculptures that capture the majesty of outer space.
9. Nothing To Fear But Fear Itself
In an emotional challenge, the three remaining glassblowers create pieces that represent their greatest fears — and try out some risky techniques.
10. Finale
In an intense eight-hour challenge, the final two artists create two very different installations. Both wow the judges, but only one can be the winner.
