Below Deck Season 3

Captain Lee, Kate, Eddie, and Amy are joined by five new crewmembers as they prepare the luxury yacht, Eros, for a new charter season in Abaco, Bahamas. New personalities bring new challenges as the crew welcomes their first charter guests, a hard-partying hotel owner and his friends. With inclement weather ahead, the crew must keep an on-boat "foam party" planned for the charter guests from turning into a wash.

Rocky and Emile are chastised for their dangerous stunt; Connie receives bad news that jeopardizes her future on the boat. Kate clashes with chef Leon over what to serve to the charter guests for their final dinner.

Charter guest Dean forces Kate to elevate her towel-art game; Kate questions chef Leon's credentials after he is unable to prepare a traditional meal. Don decides to join Rocky for a quick swim, putting his future onboard the yacht in jeopardy.

Rocky uses her mermaid tail to entice Dean and his guests into the sea; Leon claims to have worked on a cruise ship. Eddie's long-distance relationship begins to flounder. Emile decides to take Rocky out on an unforgettable date.

After their date, Emile is dismayed to learn Rocky wants to be his friend. Kate fails to supply a special bottle of tequila for the new guests. A new deckhand arrives. Eddie is distracted from his duties, putting him on thin ice with the captain.

The yacht is left a mess following a whipped-cream bikini party. Meanwhile, Eddie's long-distance romance hits rough waters, the charter guests are former sorority sisters who relive their college antics, and Emile receives a discouraging letter.

Emile fumes when Rocky breaks down the status of their relationship in a very public way. The charter guests are preppy siblings, who request an elaborate multicourse tasting menu. Also, a sudden freak storm creates chaos for the crew and the guests.

The crew enjoys a day off with island antics, but boozy behavior leads to a confrontation. Meanwhile, the charter guests challenge Leon about his meal choices; Capt. Lee must issue a stern warning; and a proposition results in a secret rendezvous.

Sightly charter guests arrive to celebrate a birthday. Meanwhile, Leon makes a culinary mistake; Connie impresses with her deckhand skills; Eddie questions a relationship; and a fire breaks out, putting the entire boat in danger.

Capt. Lee grills the crew while investigating the cause of a gallery fire, leading to a dismissal. Chaos abounds on the boat, but the crew must unite to create a 50th birthday celebration for their charter guest. Also, a familiar face joins the boat.

"The Real Housewives of Atlanta's" Cynthia Bailey and Claudia Jordan board the yacht; while veteran deckhand Dave joins the boat, Emile proves to be a favorite with the guests; Rocky overhears Eddie making derogatory comments about her.

Rocky struggles to maintain her composure as her frustrations mounts; Ben impresses the charter guests with a steakhouse-style dinner; Rocky reveals details about her secret affair with Eddie to Amy and Emile.

The final dinner of the charter season is put in jeopardy after Ben suffers an injury and is forced to rely on Rocky for help; the captain talks to Connie about her yachting future; Eddie and Rocky confront each other at a celebratory bonfire.

Kate and Amy attack Rocky's work ethic; Eddie divulges his personal drama; Emile reveals how he handled Rocky's rejection; Deckhand Don returns; Captain Lee explains why he let Chef Leon go; Kate's accused of drinking on the job.

Eddie and Rocky come clean about their laundry-room affair; Captain Lee delivers doses of tough love to two members of the cast; Rocky claims her fling with Eddie continued after the end of the charter season.
