Four bakers bring their lofty dreams to the bakery as they try to bake themselves into the stratosphere. One competitor has a creative spin on an Italian favorite while another draws on French inspiration with a rustic macaron.

Bakery owners show off their signature recipes, including a chocolate-cinnamon-pecan roll, salty sweet pretzel bark, fancy almond cake and savory meat pie; one baker is forced to change their recipe on the fly; another has a full-on machine meltdown.
