Medical doctors and busy parents, Cynthia and Boon, miss their camping adventures. Brian and Sarah perform some backyard surgery, and build them a cozy campground retreat (with some urban luxuries) so they can go straight from the ER to getting some R&R right in their own yard.

Janet’s love for her nine grandkids is endless. But so is the chaos they bring inside her home when they come to visit. To take that energy outside, Brian and Sarah build a fun kid-zone in the backyard, but also a sophisticated adult area for Janet. It’s a Nana wonderland!

Paris lovers, Louise and Rick, want to share their European enthusiasm with their two daughters without racking up the mileage. Brian and Sarah build them a French-inspired urban escape. It’s Paris in their backyard! C’est magnifique!

Ex-city slickers and newlyweds, Lauren and Mark, miss their friends and family from the city. Brian and Sarah create an enticing country retreat with an outdoor party pad, indoor dining and lounge areas, and a chicken coop. Now when Lauren and Mark’s friends visit, they never want to leave.

Brian and Sarah muscle up to the challenge by building a gym in his backyard, alongside a hot tub and a beer tap to help cool down after a big workout.

Downtown dog lovers, Dave and Jorge, love art and entertaining. But with tenants in their basement and no creative space inside, Brian and Sarah turn their uninspired backyard into a creative party lounge and build a shipping container-inspired structure for a cool, industrial feel.

Since having two young kids, jetsetters Sonia and Peter have resorted to staycations at home, but their backyard is more of a headache than a holiday. Brian and Sarah create a luxury vacation destination in their backyard that includes a pool, spa, outdoor kitchen and a stunning four-season structure.
