Season 1 Plot
There were two girls who were born in October. They had same birthday and were raised in the same village and in the same class. One led a happy life with loving parents and a brother. Her name was Yoon Eunseo. However, the other was raised by a single parent and was living in poverty. Her name was Choi Shinae. One day Eunseo has a car accident and by a blood test it is found that Eunseo and Shinae were swapped at birth. Girls were returned to their original places. Eunseo's brother Yoon Joonseo is especially confused and saddened by this. Some years later, Choi Eunseo and Yoon Shinae bump into each other at hotel. Eunseo is a poor worker and Shinae is a hotel manager. Meanwhile, Joonseo has become an artist and has a fiancée. One day he's introduced to his friend's girlfriend, and she was his long-lost sister, Eunseo. Now all the relationships start to twist around and Eunseo and Joonseo's sad love begins.

Season 1 Episodes
1. Episode 1
Professor Yoon's couple learns their child has been switched through blood tests after a car accident.
2. Episode 2
Professor Yoon and Kim Soonim switch their children, but they only suffer from unfamiliar circumstances.
3. Episode 3
Yoon Joonseo returns to his hometown and looks for Choi Eunseo. Eunseo has an unwanted encounter with Han Taeseok.
4. Episode 4
Taeseok is upset with Eunseo going on a blind date for money and takes her to the beach where Joonseo comes.
5. Episode 5
Joonseo feels sorry for Eunseo growing up in harsh circumstances. Taeseok's confession bothers him.
6. Episode 6
Shin Yumi notices that the feelings between Eunseo and Joonseo are more than brother and sister.
7. Episode 7
Joonseo and Eunseo decide to stay as brother and sister, but Taeseok sees her crying in Joonseo's arms.
8. Episode 8
Joonseo and Eunseo go on a trip for just two of them, and Yoon Shinae exposes their relationship to their parents.
9. Episode 9
Joonseo announces to his family that he will marry Eunseo, but everyone is against his decision.
10. Episode 10
Joonseo feels guilty for Yumi's breakdown and changes his mind to stay with her, leaving Eunseo.
11. Episode 11
Eunseo lies to Joonseo that she sees Taeseok again. Taeseok knows about it and pretends to be a couple.
12. Episode 12
Eunseo learns she has leukemia and Taeseok begs her asking for a chance to cure her disease.
13. Episode 13
Joonseo finds out Eunseo has leukemia, and Eunseo heads to the hospital with Taeseok for her treatment.
14. Episode 14
Eunseo tells Joonseo to love each other forever, only in their hearts. Soon after she goes into a coma.
15. Episode 15
Eunseo regains consciousness when Joonseo comes, and they decide to spend the rest of their time.
16. Episode 16
Yumi decides to study abroad, and Taeseok leaves Joonseo and Eunseo together. Eunseo dies on Joonseo.
