A passenger plans a mid-air proposal and tempers flare at Bristol when travellers rerouted by an air traffic control strike have to buy new tickets to get home.

Things become heated when a woman and her daughter arrive five minutes late for check-in at Luton. Passengers on a flight to Newcastle have to find their own way home from Bristol after an air traffic strike causes a diversion, and a man plans an in-flight proposal to his girlfriend.

An easyJet frequent flyer is late for the last scheduled departure of the day to Malaga, and it is left to supervisor Helen Tyrell to demonstrate just how valued a customer he is. Meanwhile, airport manager Leo Jones has to deal with a Polish passenger who is too drunk to board his flight.

At Luton Airport, a woman planning to fly to Madrid to see her mother after an operation becomes irate after she is told check-in closed while she was queueing. Things then take a further turn for the worse when she discovers that the next flight leaves from Gatwick.
