A Dance With Dragons Plot
A Dance with Dragons, the fifth book in A Song of Ice and Fire, was released in 2011. As the wars in Westeros continue to take their toll, new players emerge, and tensions rise across the continent and beyond. In the North, Jon Snow, now Lord Commander of the Night’s Watch, faces dangerous challenges as he attempts to unite the Night’s Watch and the Free Folk against the approaching winter and the supernatural threats beyond the Wall. His decisions, however, stir dissent and place him in a precarious position among his own brothers.
