The next stop for the family's tour of the British Isles is London, where Jim Bob learns how to drive on the left side of the road, the Duggars enjoy high tea, sight-see on a double-decker bus, and, later, visit Stonehenge.

The Duggars visit Israel, the third and final stop on their international trip, where the Duggars swim in the Dead Sea, visit a multi-religion outdoor marketplace, ride camels, and try local cuisine.
