"Spider-Man: Far From Home" is now filming in the U.K., and The Hollywood Reporter recently chatted with longtime Marvel Cinematic Universe editor Dan Lebental.

(We don't hear enough from film editors. Just putting that out there.)

Lebental has been with the MCU since "Iron Man." He worked on Tom Holland's first solo movie,  "Spider-Man: Homecoming," as well as on "Ant-Man and the Wasp," which is now open in theaters.

THR said he was in London to begin work on the "Spider-Man: Homecoming" sequel, and he offered this mini tease:

You're starting on 'Spider-Man: Far From Home.' What can you tell us about that film?

I can't say much about the new Spider Man, but I will offer up that it will be both grander in scale and even funnier than the last one. The rest of the story will have to wait.

Grander in scale makes sense for "Far From Home," since it's taking Peter Parker to Europe for some kind of summer vacation with friends.

Funnier than the first one? THAT we can't wait to see. (Nothing can top those "Homecoming" Cap PSAs.)

"Spider-Man: Far From Home" will be directed once again by Jon Watts, starring Tom Holland, Jake Gyllenhaal as the new villain, Michael Keaton, Marisa Tomei, Zendaya, and Jacob Batalon. It will be released in theaters on July 5th, 2019.
