If you can't get enough of death stalking people who've survived freakishly awful accidents, great news: There's a "Final Destination" reboot in the works.

New Line has tapped writers Patrick Melton and Marcus Dunstan, who've written four of the "Saw" films, to script a new version.

The sixth film in the franchise will be a reboot, which means we might not see one of the only actors who's appeared in nearly every film so far: Tony Todd as a coroner named Bludworth who is very likely Death himself. ("Candyman" is also getting a reboot, probably also without Todd.)

We don't know anything else about the next "Final Destination" film, except that --if the franchise continues on the same fateful path -- people will be dying in excruciating ways that will make us want to avoid everyday objects that now lethal. (Hair dryers, tanning booths, computer monitors, etc.)

Melton and Dunstan were winners on season three of "Project Greenlight" and also wrote "Piranha 3DD."

They also cowrote the upcoming "Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark" for CBS Films and producer Guillermo del Toro. And they're working on an untitled Christmas horror project at Sony and "The Reckoning" at Paramount.
