The hardest part of hosting "Saturday Night Live" might just be getting into the building.

With Ryan Gosling set to return to "SNL" on Saturday, NBC has released a new promo for the Sept. 30 episode. In it, he shares how excited he is "give the world [his] soul," only to encounter a big obstacle: the 30 Rock security team. When he tries to get into NBC Studios without a visitors' badge, no one wants to let him in. He does his best to bust his way through, but they're "doing a crackerjack job."

Gosling previously hosted "SNL" in December 2015, an experience he describes in the promo as "magical." He starred in some memorable skits, and we look forward to the even more unforgettable ones he has promised us. On top of having Gosling back in action, the Sept. 30 episode will feature Jay-Z as the musical guest.
