There's no place like "Riverdale."

The CW has unveiled a new Season 3 teaser, bringing us back to the dark drama of the outwardly perfect town. This time, it looks like the stakes are higher than ever. Although there are moments of love and happiness, it shows some scary scenes, too.

The "Riverdale" Twitter account really highlighted the danger, writing, "Do what it takes to survive," when it shared the video.

Of course, fans who ship the TV show's current couples have plenty to melt over. As you can see above, Veronica (Camila Mendes) has quite the proclamation about her relationship with Archie (KJ Apa), and there is plenty of heat between Betty (Lili Reinhart) and Jughead (Cole Sprouse), aka Bughead. Plus, we see major sparks between Kevin (Casey Cott) and Moose (Cody Kearsley), not to mention some of the adults getting, er, more intimate.

Ah, it's good to be (almost) back.

"Riverdale" Season 3 has a lot more for us. It premieres Wednesday, Oct. 10 at 10 p.m. ET/PT on The CW.
