'On the Basis of Sex' Trailer: Felicity Jones Breaks Barriers as Ruth Bader Ginsburg
Get ready to be inspired.
"On the Basis of Sex" is set to hit theaters on Dec. 25, and Focus Features has released a new trailer. It's another look at the upcoming biopic starring Felicity Jones as Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. The film follows early portions of Ginsburg's long career, including the groundbreaking gender discrimination lawsuit she argued before the highest court in the land.
As you can see in the trailer below, RBG's story is an inspiring one. She's been breaking barriers for a long time. The preview shows, for example, Ginsburg starting law school at Harvard and having to justify why she took "a place that could have gone to a man."

Directed by Mimi Leder, the film's cast includes Armie Hammer, Sam Waterston, Kathy Bates, Cailee Spaeny, Justin Theroux, and Jack Reynor. Daniel Stiepleman wrote the script.
