New 'Frozen 2' Poster Ventures Into the Mist Ahead of Trailer Premiere
A mysterious mist swirls around the new teaser poster for"Frozen 2," which Disney released a day before the first full-length trailer debuts.
The trailer will premiere on "Good Morning America" Tuesday morning (the teaser came out in February), but first, "Frozen" fans can obsess over the details of the poster. It shows sisters Elsa (Idina Menzel) and Anna (Kristen Bell) in the woods, surrounded by fallen leaves and an ominous fog.
The highly anticipated sequel to the 2013 animated hit ponders the question of why Elsa was born with magical powers. The answer is calling her and threatening her kingdom. Together with Kristoff (Jonathan Groff) and snowman Olaf (Josh Gad), the sisters set out on a dangerous but remarkable journey.
Before, Elsa feared her powers were too much for the world. Now, she must hope they are enough.
"Frozen II" opens in theaters November 22.
