Netflix will welcome you to Hill House just in time for Halloween!

So you don't get "Stranger Things" Season 3 this October, but you do get this 10-episode series.

Netflix has a good track record with series, especially supernatural/horror series, so consider our calendars marked in blood ink for Friday, October 12.

That's when "The Haunting of Hill House" will arrive. Based on the 1959 novel by Shirley Jackson, this is just the latest "Hill House" adaptation following the 1963 film and the 1999 film.

Netflix's "The Haunting of Hill House" has a star-studded cast, including Michiel Huisman, Carla Gugino, Henry Thomas, Elizabeth Reaser, Kate Siegel, Timothy Hutton, Mckenna Grace, and Annabeth Gish.

The streamer just shared a bunch of new photos for the series, which follows a family in modern times and the past as they fight the ghosts that come to haunt them.
