Wells Adams wasn't chosen as the new Bachelor, and maybe it's because Sarah Hyland already has his final rose? (Stranger things have happened...)

The "Modern Family" actress and "The Bachelorette" and "Bachelor in Paradise" favorite are casually dating, a source told Us Weekly, and have been "seeing each other for months."

The two went public on social media for Halloween, joining thousands of others to dress as "Stranger Things" characters. (At least they went with the twist of Sarah as Dustin, and Wells as Eleven.)

Can't say we imagined these two getting together, but that's the L.A. life for you.

According to Us Weekly, Sarah Hyland -- still most famous as Haley Dunphy on ABC's "Modern Family" -- split from her boyfriend of more than two years, Dominic Sherwood, in August.

Wells Adams first entered Bachelor Nation on JoJo Fletcher's season of "The Bachelorette," and most recently tended bar for the 2017 season of "Bachelor in Paradise," where he kissed his old friend Danielle Maltby. There was a push for him to be the 2018 Bachelor, but instead of him (or Peter), it's Arie Luyendyk, Jr.
