In both the world of "Creed" and real life, Michael B. Jordan and Tessa Thompson have a great dynamic, so they want to try out some tension for a change.

In Entertainment Weekly's most recent cover story, the two actors talked about working together for their upcoming film "Creed II," and how they'd be willing to team up again for a film not in the franchise. However, they agree that something should change: They want to challenge themselves with a more tense relationship.

Thompson told EW that she'd like to see them "have to be in conflict" because they get along so well in real life. Jordan added that they have "a natural chemistry," prompting Thompson to explain that they "lean into that pretty easily." She wants them to have to work against that for a change.

With how many movies they've both been booking in recent years -- such as "Black Panther" and "Kin" for him and "Thor: Ragnarok" and "Annihilation" for her -- we would be surprised if a director didn't try to make it happen at some point. The big problem would probably be trying to coordinate their busy schedules, but where there's a will, there's a way.
