Lyanna Mormont Confirmed for More 'Game of Thrones' Badassery
All hail the true King of the North: Lyanna Mormont.

Lyanna's role in season 7 was first teased with a photo posted by co-star Kristofer Hivju, who plays Tormund Giantsbane. "Can't tell you if our characters meet or not this season – but I can tell you this: you have SO much to look forward to in season 7!" he wrote on Instagram.
Well, we still don't know if Lyanna and Tormund will share any scenes, but the two characters were last seen at Winterfell after Jon Snow's (Kit Harington) victory over Ramsay "The Worst" Bolton. Lyanna was one of the first to proclaim Jon as King of the North, and she's bound to play an important part in the North's fight against Cersei Lannister and the oncoming hoards of white walkers. Hey, just give them that icy cold death stare, Lyanna! They won't stand a chance.
"Game of Thrones" season 7 is expected to premiere in summer 2017.
