Henry Cavill Shares Superman 'Ruminations' & 'Wonder Woman' Kudos
DC's Man of Steel himself, Henry Cavill, just kicked up his costumed feet, downed most of a mug of coffee, and posted a lengthy rundown of Superman's comic book history. The Instagram photo for that is pretty classic, and Cavill followed it with a shot with "Wonder Woman" herself, Gal Gadot, to congratulate her on the success of her first solo movie.
Gadot's Diana Prince debuted in "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice," opposite Henry Cavill's Clark Kent and Ben Affleck's Bruce Wayne. "Justice League" will bring Gadot and Affleck together with a new team, and Cavill's role is being left to speculation, since his Superman didn't end "BvS" in the best position.
But we know he'll be back, and lest you forget he's still DC's Super-est superhero, Cavill shared this history lesson in full costume:
There's just something adorable about that.
And here's Cavill praising his fellow DC stars for "Wonder Woman":
So far, "Wonder Woman" is the best-reviewed film of the DC Extended Universe, which began with Cavill's "Man of Steel" in 2013, and continued with "BvS," "Suicide Squad," and "Wonder Woman." "Justice League" is next, opening November 17.
