'Grey's Anatomy' Fans Now Positive Jo Is Pregnant With Alex's Baby

Is art imitating life on "Grey's Anatomy" Season 13?

Last week's midseason premiere ended with Dr. Jo Wilson (Camilla Luddington) hearing about Dr. Alex Karev's (Justin Chambers) plan to take a plea bargain and head to prison. Jo reacted to the news by throwing up on the side of the road. Was she just upset at the idea of Alex being stuck in the kind of prison she just visited? Or ... is she also pregnant?

Episode 10 had taken three docs into a maximum security prison to help a pregnant inmate, so the baby-prison connection was already made for us. Plus, actress Camilla Luddington is pregnant in real life, and her bump is starting to show on screen. So will the show just add that storyline to Season 13, creating another layer of drama to the Jo/Alex/DeLuca/Meredith situation?

Next week's synopsis says Meredith tries to track down Alex, presumably to make sure he does not go through with the plea deal, although in the promo she says "Alex is in jail" as if he is already behind bars:
