Winter is coming, this spring.

HBO finally revealed the premiere date of the eighth and final season of "Game of Thrones" in a new teaser that aired Sunday night.

The epic fantasy drama's final six episodes will start April 14, 2019. That means the series finale will air on May 19.

The teaser is set in the crypts of Winterfell and features Jon Snow (Kit Harington), Sansa Stark (Sophie Turner) and Arya Stark (Maisie Williams) walking past the memorial statues of their deceased relatives. As they face statues of their own selves, an icy wind begins to fill the crypts — a foreboding of the Night King's terrifying arrival.

The scene does not seem to be footage from the new season, but rather something filmed specifically for promotional purposes. It was directed by Emmy-winning "Game of Thrones" vet David Nutter.

Stark lovers will enjoy seeing Jon and Arya together for the first time since Season 1, though it's likely we'll see a more complete reunion in the new episodes. The first footage from Season 8 showed Daenerys Targaryen (Emilia Clarke) arriving at Winterfell and meeting Sansa.
