Gal Gadot Debuts New 'Wonder Woman' Poster at Comic-Con
We're less than a year away from the release of "Wonder Woman," DC's first standalone female superhero movie, and fans now have a new image from the flick to get them excited.
Titular star Gal Gadot shared a brand new poster for the film on social media, revealing the gorgeous, strong image ahead of the movie's Comic-Con panel. The one-sheet features the fitting tagline, "Power. Grace. Wisdom. Wonder.," and features Gadot-as-Diana Prince silhouetted against a fiery sky.

What's notable about the image -- and what jibes with what fans have seen so far of the flick -- is that Wonder Woman's costume is much more colorful here (truer to her comic roots) than it was in March's "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice," in which she made her film debut. The red, blue, and yellow shine in the dramatic sunlight, a striking look that's truly fit for an Amazonian warrior princess.
On Twitter, Gadot called the role "a dream come true," and based on this instantly iconic imagery, it's hard to argue with her excitement. We'll likely learn more about the flick when the Comic-Con panel takes place on Friday. "Wonder Woman" is due in theaters on June 2, 2017. Check out the full-size image below.
