Chris Evans in Talks to Star in Antoine Fuqua's 'Infinite'
Chris Evans is ready to dive into his past lives.
The actor is in talks to star in Antoine Fuqua's reincarnation drama "Infinite," according to Deadline.
The project is an adaptation of D. Eric Maikranz's novel "The Reincarnationist Papers." Evans would play Evan Michaels, a man haunted by memories of two past lives who stumbles upon a centuries-old secret society of similar individuals called the Cognomina. Its members have been agents of change throughout and Evan seeks to join their ranks.
Evans has wrapped up his role as Captain America, which he'll reprise one last time in "Avengers: Endgame," opening on April 26. Then he'll star opposite Daniel Craig in Rian Johnson's mystery whodunit "Knives Out," opening November 27.
Fuqua most recently directed "The Equalizer 2" and Showtime's Suge Knight documentary "American Dream/American Knightmare."
