Chloe Grace Moretz and Jack O'Connell Are the New Bonnie and Clyde
Chloë Grace Moretz ("The Miseducation of Cameron Post") and Jack O'Connell ("Unbroken," "Money Monster") are starring in a new, "grittier" movie about Bonnie and Clyde.
They'll play the notorious bank-robbing duo in "Love is a Gun," based on the best-selling book by Jeff Guinn, "Go Down Together: The True, Untold Story of Bonnie and Clyde."
Spanish director Kike Maillo ("Toro"), will direct the film, which is being called "a thrilling, gritty and emotional story of two of history’s most famous lovers, Bonnie Parker and Clyde Barrow." And it will have a "character-driven approach" that is "modern and edgy" according to THR.
Fine, but what are they odds they'll be presenting at the Oscars in 50 years like Faye Dunaway and Warren Beatty, the stars of 1967 classic "Bonnie and Clyde"?
